Standard EU delivery takes 5–8 business days. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at checkout. We ship from our European warehouse, so all EU orders are delivered duty-free.

Yes — all orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping across the EU. Orders under €50 have a flat shipping fee of €4.99.

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your delivery in real time.

Currently we ship to all EU countries plus the UK, Norway, and Switzerland. Additional duties may apply for non-EU destinations. We are working on expanding to more countries soon.

We offer 30-day returns on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Simply contact us at support@indylux.com within 30 days of receiving your order to start the process.

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Yes — exchanges are free of charge. Contact us with your order number and the size or colour you would like and we will arrange the exchange as quickly as possible.

Visit our Size Guide page and use our smart sizing tool. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips in centimetres before ordering. If you are between sizes, size up for strapless and corset styles.

Yes. All photos are taken by our team using our actual products. Slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen settings, but the dress you receive will match the product shown.

Each dress comes with care instructions. As a general rule, we recommend hand washing or dry cleaning for embellished styles and gentle machine washing on a cold delicate cycle for all others.
